About Jira Day

The most cosmic Atlassian-related conference in Central Europe is back!
This year’s edition of Jira Day is twice as important. After two years of remote events, we can finally meet offline. The second great news is that we are already having the 10th edition of this event!

We launched Jira Day for the first time in 2013. It turned out to be the beginning of a unique event series for the Atlassian community.

This year, once again, we will create a space to share discoveries, hold one-on-one sessions, and listen to keynote speeches and smaller presentations.

Learn more about app integrations, custom development, migrations, merging, and more. Fasten your seatbelts and get ready for the flight!

English Support Will Silently Kill Your Business. It’s Time for Multilingual ITSM

English Support Will Silently Kill Your Business. It’s Time for Multilingual ITSM

Your customers expect to interact with your company in their own language – whatever that is. In fact, about 40% of internet users only buy online in their native tongue. While English support doesn’t provide a localized customer experience, hiring bilingual agents is unsustainable. But there is a great alternative to losing global business: empowering your agents with a translation bot. A new trend in ITSM automation, translation bots are particularly recommended for companies interested in new markets, improving customer service, or reducing the costs of global support operations. What’s more: they can even be deployed internally in multinational companies to remedy communication barriers. In this talk we will share the results of a survey to 300+ professionals about the popularity of translation bots and review the business impact of adopting language automations in Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Jira Work Management.

For managing projects, we mainly work with Jira and Microsoft Teams. Both tools have their benefits. But to put it bluntly: You can’t communicate in Jira, and you can’t organize in Teams. Find out how we made Jira and Microsoft Teams work smarter together to improve collaboration and transparency in project management.

Let’s save bees together!

Bee a hero and help the environment! All income from the conference kits (included in the normal ticket) will be donated to our CSR activities. This year, we have decided to support bees.

Fundacja Ratujmy Pszczoły (the Save the Bees Foundation) was established out of the love of nature, and the willingness to help bees. Its main goal is the protection of bees and the increase in their population but also:

– improvement of public awareness regarding the role of bees in nature,
– prevention of diseases and poisoning of bees,
– popularization of Polish honey and other bee products in the society,
– supporting the sustainable development of beekeeping, representing and defending the interests of beekeepers.

Will you bee with us?
