What will you work on as an Atlassian Cloud Migration Specialist?
- Unit Atlassian Services is working on comprehensive support for customers using Atlassian tools, and we are looking for another person to join the team that deals with data migration, configuration, installation and building application environments in the Atlassian environment.
Who will you work with?
- You will join the Atlassian DevOps team, consisting of: a Team Lead, an Atlassian Expert, 2 Atlassian Administrators (Senior, Mid+), and an Atlassian Engineer (Junior+). The team works mostly remotely, but they enjoy taking part in on-site departmental and company-wide integration events.
What tasks await you in this role?
- migrating Atlassian environments to the cloud (including installations and application upgrades);
- administering and providing technical services related to Atlassian tools: consulting, updates, installations, scripting;
- managing server infrastructure supporting Atlassian environments;
- gathering requirements and supporting clients in Atlassian-related processes and applications;
- troubleshooting technical issues reported by clients;
- supporting the sales team with technical knowledge of Atlassian products;
- cooperating with the development team building Jira extensions.
You are the one we’re looking for, if:
- you have the following skills:
- knowledge and hands-on experience with Atlassian application migrations to the cloud;
- good understanding of Linux servers;
- good knowledge of at least one database: Postgres, MSSQL, MySQL or Oracle;
- experience in building, configuring and standardizing application environments;
- practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, and Bitbucket from an administration perspective;
- very good command of English, both spoken and written (B2/C1 level);
- nice to have: knowledge of Windows servers, familiarity with AWS or Azure, scripting skills (Bash, Python, SQL, Groovy), experience migrating Atlassian products to cloud environments, ACP/Azure/AWS certifications;
- you can also work in a team! In particular, we value:

- experience in direct contact with the client;
