What will you work on as a Demand Generation Manager?
- As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving demand and generating leads within our partnership with monday.com. Your main goal will be to generate demand for monday.com as a CRM platform for medium-sized businesses and a project management tool.
What tasks await you in this role?
- developing and executing demand generation strategies for monday.com solutions that lead to tangible business outcomes and a strong sales pipeline;
- managing the full lead lifecycle – from raising awareness and interest in monday.com to handing off qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) to the sales team;
- collaborating closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales strategies for monday.com solutions;
- adapting global monday.com marketing resources for the Polish market to ensure maximum efficiency as a leading partner;
- analyzing campaign performance using CRM and analytical tools, identifying areas for optimization, and reporting results;
- actively exploring new and innovative channels and methods to reach potential clients interested in monday.com, while positioning us as experts in the field;
- creating engaging content and educational materials to build brand awareness and support the sales process for monday.com solutions.
You are the one we’re looking for, if:
- you have the following skills:
- 4–6 years of documented experience in B2B marketing, particularly in demand generation strategies, ideally in SaaS or IT;
- proven success in demand generation and lead generation backed by tangible business results;
- you know how to translate marketing strategy into measurable, action-oriented campaigns;
- you are proficient with modern marketing tools such as marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot), CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot CRM), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics);
- you are fluent in both Polish and English to enable seamless communication in international settings and working with monday.com content;
- nice to have: knowledge of monday.com will be a strong advantage, but the key is a willingness to quickly learn the product and its ecosystem;
- you can also work in a team! In particular, we value:
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills that support effective collaboration with the sales team, partners (including monday.com), and clients;
- high independence, proactive and goal-oriented attitude, strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on data.

You can expect the following 4 recruitment stages:
1. CV screening – we read about your experience and make sure that it matches our needs.
2. Phone interview – during these 30 minutes the recruiter describes the role further and asks a few questions (i.e. about your expectations and notice period).
3. Online interview (+an optional second meeting) – here you meet the recruiter and the Head of the team. The meeting usually lasts about 1h. We may also ask you to meet for another final meeting, if needed.
4. The decision, which is presented to you about 2 weeks after the interview.
