We are not looking for a traditional salesperson or a typical IT consultant!

We are looking for an experienced leader to join the Digital Transformation Unit and help co-create and develop a new business line (Consulting / Business Advisory).

This role involves taking responsibility for business and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients, with a strong focus on real process optimization and generating tangible business value.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Leading conversations at the executive level (C-level)
  • Diagnosing complex organizational challenges and proposing improvements
  • Building value and delivering lasting change, not just selling products
  • The Digital Transformation Unit works closely with clients, advising them and taking ownership of business and digital transformation, including process simplification and automation
What will you work on as Digital & AI Transformation Advisor ?
  • The Digital Transformation Unit works directly with clients, not only advising them but also taking full ownership of business and digital transformation initiatives, including the simplification and automation of key processes.
Who will you work with? 
  • We are a group of market experts who deeply understand the challenges of modern business. We focus on partnership, transparent communication, and the courage to challenge client assumptions. Our daily work involves advising senior leadership (C-level). We operate in weekly sprints, focusing on monthly team goals.
What tasks await you in this role? The role focuses on delivering top-tier advisory services that translate into measurable, tangible business value (ROI).
  • Shaping the Transformation Vision

    • building strong, uncompromising value propositions and transformation strategies for leading market players;
    • analyzing business processes and creating recommendations, transformation models, and business cases aimed at maximizing profitability;

    Strategic Solution Selection (Technology Match-Making)

    • precisely mapping identified business challenges to Deviniti’s portfolio of products, technologies, and solutions;
    • understanding technologies (AI, Cloud, business tools) at a level that enables effective strategic advisory conversations;

    Real Impact and Partnership

    • leading transformation initiatives for key enterprise clients;
    • supporting sales as a trusted advisor rather than a salesperson, including contributing to the creation of new consulting products;
You are the one we’re looking for, if:
  • you have the following skills:
    • at least 10 years of experience in managerial or director-level roles within enterprise or corporate organizations;
    • deep, insider knowledge gained from years spent within large structures, enabling strong understanding of such organizations, their business processes (HR, compliance, operations), and the realities of working with major software vendors;
    • business maturity and the ability to deeply understand complex client processes and translate them into concrete, transformative improvements;
  • nice to have:
    • practical knowledge of commercial AI solutions and the ability to translate them into real process improvements;
    • business or architectural certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL);
    • familiarity with ecosystems relevant to Deviniti (e.g., cloud solutions, Atlassian tools, AI);
