What will you work on as a Full Stack Developer?

  • The Atlassian Apps unit focuses on creating plugins / extensions for Jira, available on the Atlassian Marketplace.
  • Currently, we’re looking for another astronaut to join the TMT team, working on the development and maintenance of new applications for Jira Server and Jira Cloud, including the Requirements & Test Management app – used for managing requirements and tests in Jira.

Who will you work with? 

  • You’ll join a project team consisting of a Technical Leader Manager, Senior Full Stack Developer, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, UX Designer, and QA Engineer.
  • The team operates in Scrum, increasingly utilizing pair programming. Developers use Atlassian tools daily – Jira, Bitbucket Cloud, Confluence. The team prefers remote work but occasionally meets in the office, e.g., for retrospectives.

What tasks await you in this role?

  • developing new features according to requirements and the Product Manager’s vision;
  • maintaining products within the product team’s scope;
  • participating in code reviews of team members;
  • writing unit tests;
  • developing and optimizing the development process.

You are the one we’re looking for, if:

  • you have the following skills:
    • 3-5 years of experience as a developer;
    • very good knowledge of Java 17, Spring Boot;
    • good knowledge of TypeScript, React;
    • ability to use JPA/Hibernate;
    • familiarity with state management libraries using MobX / Redux;
    • experience in writing unit and integration tests – JUnit5, Jest;
    • willingness to collaborate directly with clients during troubleshooting sessions, demos, or workshops;
    • nice to have: knowledge of Atlassian platforms (Connect / Forge, Atlaskit), Node.js, Docker;
  • you can also work in a team! In particular, we value:
