What will you work on as Head of Growth?
- As Head of Growth, you will connect business, product, and sales perspectives, having a real impact on the strategic direction of the entire Apps area. Your key objective will be to lead the transformation of our nearly 100-person product organization from a Product-Led Growth (PLG) model to a Sales-Led Growth (SLG) model — with a strong focus on enterprise clients and long-term, scalable monetization.
Who will you work with?
- You will join a team currently consisting of 2 Customer Success professionals and 9 Support specialists dedicated to client operations.
We build our own SaaS products and have a direct impact on change -customer feedback goes straight into the product roadmap. This is an ideal environment for someone looking for a fast-growing setup with ambitious goals and real space to scale and shape Customer Success processes further.
What tasks await you in this role?
- designing and executing a growth strategy for the enterprise segment, including transitioning the sales and customer engagement model from PLG to SLG;
- owning and managing the migration strategy (Data Center → Cloud), treating it not only as a technical transition but as an opportunity to redefine product value and enterprise relationships;
- building a systematic approach to cross-sell and expansion based on an existing base of 7,000+ customers and complex enterprise decision-making structures;
- transforming Customer Success and Support into proactive, revenue-aware teams focused on relationship management, retention, and identifying expansion opportunities;
- taking full ownership of the partner program, including ecosystem relationship development and co-selling initiatives;
- designing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with the Demand Generation team and the Head of Product, grounded in real customer feedback and market data;
- driving decisions based on key metrics such as MRR, NDR, and GDR, treating them as the foundation of both product and sales strategy.
You’re the right fit if you:
- have a proven track record of scaling Enterprise SaaS businesses internationally.);
- have worked within a Sales-Led Growth model and successfully transformed an organization from an application vendor into a strategic technology partner;
- speak English fluently at C1 level (global customer interactions);
- have experience managing customer migrations (e.g., DC → Cloud) and understand their impact on churn and long-term customer value;
- can design monetization strategies, including cross-sell and expansion within large, complex organizations;
- are strongly data-driven and use growth metrics as decision-making tools.
- demonstrate proactivity, ownership, and a strong growth mindset;
- have hands-on experience in enterprise sales, including closing complex, multi-month contracts.
- Nice to have: experience in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Marketplace Apps), knowledge of ITSM and enterprise processes.
