What will you work on as a Sales Manager (EMEA)? 

  • Currently, we are looking for a new team member to join Sales – Custom Development, who will be responsible for selling complex IT projects in the EMEA region. The team specializes in delivering tailored solutions and projects in GenAI.
  • The team operates with a high level of autonomy. Everyone has a tangible impact on increasing their salary – sales bonuses are performance-based.

 

What tasks await you in this role?

  • managing the full sales cycle and pre-sales for complex IT projects, from the first client contact to contract finalization;
  • overseeing sales operations in the EMEA market;
  • building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers at the C-Level and senior management;
  • collaborating closely with technical and R&D teams to ensure solutions meet clients’ technical and functional requirements;
  • conducting effective presentations and negotiations with clients;
  • communicating and collaborating regularly with marketing and pre-sales teams to optimize market strategies;
  • occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.

 

You are the one we’re looking for, if:

  • you have the following skills:
    • at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales for the Enterprise sector;
    • proven success in delivering software projects worth over 1 ml PLN;
    • advanced negotiation skills (e.g., practical application of the BATNA model), communication, and conflict management skills;
    • assertiveness and initiative in building and executing valuable client collaborations;
    • experience in conducting negotiations with C-Level executives and working with a broad client audience;
    • strong command of English (both spoken and written);
    • Nice to have: experience in selling AI/GenAI projects.
