What will you work on as Senior Account Manager ?
- We work on solutions for companies using Atlassian tools. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and developing relationships with selected accounts, designing solutions that include consulting, implementations, cloud migrations, administration, and support. Your goal will be to manage the full sales cycle and close complex deals.
Who will you work with?
- You’ll join the Atlassian sales team, currently made up of 3 Account Managers. You will collaborate closely in a team-selling model. We operate based on clearly defined KPIs, regular feedback, and close cooperation with marketing on inbound and outbound campaigns.
What tasks await you in this role?
- actively acquiring new clients in Polish and international markets within Atlassian services: consulting, audits, implementations, migrations, integrations, administration, support, and license management
- managing the full B2B sales cycle – from prospecting (LinkedIn, outreach, networking), through lead qualification, discovery, and solution design, to negotiations and closing deals
- building and developing relationships with client-side decision-makers (IT, business, procurement, C-level) in mid-market and enterprise segments
- close collaboration with consulting and delivery teams on solution concepts, estimations, offers, and presenting recommendations to clients
- cross-selling and upselling Atlassian licenses and Deviniti Marketplace apps combined with implementation, migration, and managed services
- co-creating and executing go-to-market strategies for new markets and segments (e.g. Cloud, ITSM, migrations from Server/Data Center)
- working with sales targets, pipeline forecasting, reporting results, and contributing to the development of Atlassian service offerings
- representing the company at industry events, webinars, and marketing initiatives related to the Atlassian ecosystem
You are the one we’re looking for, if:
- you have the following skills:
- at least 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales in the IT sector, including success in a hunter/new business role
- experience in consultative selling and managing the full sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, solution selling, negotiations, closing)
- knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem or related solutions (ITSM, work management tools, service desk) and willingness to develop quickly in this area
- ability to conduct both business and technical conversations with clients and translate needs into solution concepts
- experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients
- very good command of Polish and English (minimum C1/C2)
- nice ot have:
- experience selling services as an Atlassian partner or other vendors (e.g. monday.com, GitLab, Freshworks)
- knowledge of ITSM and Software Development processes
- experience working with technology partners and indirect sales channels
