What will you work on as Senior IT Project Manager (Atlassian)?

The Atlassian Services Unit focuses on applications and services that support clients in their cloud transformation. We are looking for someone to strengthen our Atlassian migration projects from Data Center to Cloud.
These are real, complex technology projects where you will have an impact on migration strategy, client collaboration, and the final implementation success
Who will you work with?

You will join an experienced team of Project Managers working in an IT environment. On a daily basis, we collaborate with Consultants, DevOps, Managed Services, Developers, Sales, Marketing, and the Atlassian partner.
We work remotely and meet daily for stand-ups. Every project is different, so we adapt our approach flexibly. We value a partnership-based atmosphere, support, and a relaxed environment, there’s also space for conversation and humor.
What tasks await you in this role?
- leading end-to-end Atlassian migration projects (Data Center to Cloud);
- managing scope, budget, schedule, and risks;
- coordinating technical teams and communication between them;
- maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- reporting project status and maintaining documentation;
- participating in presales and preparing estimates;
- managing change (change management);
- collaborating with the Atlassian partner;
You are the one we’re looking for, if:
- you have the following skills:
- over 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in large-scale projects (budgets above €2M);
- experience working with clients from the banking/finance sector in the DACH region;
- experience in Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations (must have!);
- experience in the FSI sector and/or regulated industries;
- knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- experience in client-facing project management;
- very good command of English (C1/C2 level);
- strong knowledge of planning and managing projects using Atlassian tools;
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills (including C-level);
- knowledge of PM tools and techniques (e.g., RACI, WBS, Gantt, Risk Matrix);
- you can also work in a team! In particular, we value:
