No time to read? That’s okay! Here’s a short summary:

  • Stack: knowledge of analytics tools, familiarity with prioritization methods, knowledge of experimentation frameworks and product hypothesis validation, English at B2+/C1 level
  • Hours: full time
  • Mode: remote
  • Team: 10 person team
  • Project: the team focuses primarily on Dynamic Forms for Jira and develops solutions supporting ITSM and Service Management processes, especially within Jira Service Management.

What will you work on as a Senior Product Manager?

  • The Atlassian Apps Unit is a SaaS product business. We specialize in Service Management processes, including ITSM. We offer our proprietary plugins on the Atlassian Marketplace. We work with nearly 10,000 customers worldwide—from mid-sized companies to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 organizations.

  • We are looking for someone to join the Productivity team and help us develop solutions—from idea, through discovery and experimentation, to implementation. One of the key projects you will co-own is Dynamic Forms for Jira – an application that enables creating dynamic forms in Jira issues, showing or hiding fields depending on user selections.

Who will you work with?

  • You will join an experienced, 10-person team. It is a self-organizing team focused on experimentation, fast discovery, and building solutions from scratch (0→1). We work in a spirit of open communication, an iterative approach, and close partnership with engineering, UX, and other Product Managers. We combine strategic product thinking with deep technological knowledge, and our Product Managers have real influence on the direction of product and technology development. We care about skill development, share knowledge within PM guilds, and emphasize open communication and partnership.

What tasks await you in this role?

  • defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap in the ITSM area;

  • conducting user research and collaborating with customers from large organizations;

  • analyzing user needs, market data, and technology trends to identify product opportunities;

  • prioritizing initiatives and managing the backlog based on data, business value, and customer feedback;

  • close collaboration with engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, implementation, and sales teams;

  • designing and running experiments, MVP tests, and iterative rollouts of new features;

  • supporting go-to-market (GTM) processes, co-creating product communication, and collecting market feedback;

  • monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and formulating development recommendations;

  • actively sharing knowledge, supporting product culture development, and mentoring junior PMs.

    You are the one we’re looking for, if:

  • you have the following skills:
  • strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar) and the ability to draw insights from product data;

  • several years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B / SaaS products;

  • experience conducting discovery using tools such as Miro, FigJam, Productboard, Confluence, or Jira;

  • knowledge of experimentation and product hypothesis validation frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Opportunity Solution Tree);

  • practical knowledge of prioritization methods (RICE, MoSCoW, Kano, Weighted Scoring);

  • ability to collaborate with engineering teams and understand the software development lifecycle;

  • experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);

  • english proficiency at least at B2+ level, enabling communication with partners and customers and working with technical documentation

  • Nice to have: experience with products developed for the Atlassian Marketplace; familiarity with regulated or large-scale (enterprise IT) environments; experience working with configurable products, forms, or workflows.

What do we care about?

  • Your mental and physical well-being: we offer access to Mindgram, and we also have a running led by our own coach, who motivates us to get up from behind our desks and engage in physical activity together.
  • The development of your skills: each team has their career paths, we use Udemy for Business, and we also participate in both internal and external trainings to constantly learn more.
  • Your opinion and influence on your work environment: we use Officevibe (an employee experience platform), and we cultivate the culture of constructive feedback and recognition.
  • Your freedom: apart from working from home and flexible hours matching your lifestyle, we also have many hobby groups that allow you to share your passions with others. So, are you interested in arts and crafts, literature, plants, board games or sports?
  • The world and people: through our CSR program “Deviniti Cares” we take care about our planet, as well as about people around the world. Together we decide what causes we support, and we help by using the quarterly budget established entirely for charity initiatives.
