They work with us

I first encountered Deviniti in 2019 at Jira Day in Warsaw, as I was just beginning to learn about Atlassian tools. Right from the start, I was fascinated by the people working at Deviniti – their job satisfaction, kindness, and the wonderful community they formed. Since 2022, I have been proud to call myself part of this family. Internally, the company is exactly as I had perceived it: supportive, optimistic, and cohesive. At Deviniti, I can continuously develop and count on support in my daily tasks. After a hard day’s work, there’s time for relaxation – whether it’s a joint workout, exchanging crafting patterns, or playing board games. And sometimes, for a change, we dance the Macarena with an inflatable dinosaur! I feel safe and at ease here. I hope to live in this “Software Home” for as long as possible.

Here at Deviniti, I began my IT journey in 2018. Over the years, I’ve witnessed the company’s growth and resilience even during the biggest global crises. Working here offers me a sense of security and stability, while also being an adventure filled with adrenaline. Deviniti meets my needs for clear management, as well as active involvement in numerous projects, giving me a sense of agency. In my daily work, I interact with people from various departments, which often brings a lot of satisfaction and broadens my horizons. I always receive the support I need and know that I can be honest in conversations with my superiors.

Hi, I’m Adam, and I work at Deviniti. What attracts me the most here are the limitless opportunities for development. The company not only enables me to acquire new skills but also appreciates my achievements and contributions to project development. Deviniti has a pro-employee approach, making me feel important and appreciated. Every employee is treated with respect and receives the support needed to achieve their professional goals. The atmosphere in the company is incredible. There’s a friendly environment that fosters strong bonds among employees, making work more efficient and enjoyable. Inter-unit collaboration at Deviniti is another aspect I value. Cooperation between different departments is smooth and effective, which translates into the high quality of the projects we carry out. The company also offers a variety of additional activities, such as sports and volunteering. This gives us a chance to integrate outside of work, further strengthening our relationships. In summary, Deviniti is a place where everyone can develop, feel appreciated, and enjoy working in a fantastic team. I highly recommend it!

Working at Deviniti gave me a huge opportunity to develop not only my competencies but also my personal development. Every day I meet a lot of interesting people who inspire me and make me want to become a better employee and person. There are items on my task list that I want to do and I do it with commitment, which makes me passionate about them. I value independence at work and the freedom and flexibility that allow me to pursue my goals in the private sphere. An equally important element of this job is the atmosphere and close colleagues with whom I have created friendships and without whom I cannot imagine my life. The office on Sudecka Street in Wrocław is my Software Home!

Deviniti Software Home – I like this name because it really feels like a second home here. It is a space where I have the opportunity to meet wonderful, positively crazy, and very inspiring people. It is a place where trust, partnership, passion, and development are not just empty phrases. I deal with them every day. Deviniti knows how to pull lazy people (like me) from the couch and motivates them to be physically active: I greeting the running section! I am glad that I joined this space team, and I hope that the space flight will last as long as possible!

Hi, my name is David, and I work at Deviniti. From day one, I’ve been hugely impressed by the people I have the pleasure of working with here. Their enthusiasm, energy, and willingness to act are contagious and a pleasant change. Working with such people is a pure joy! What I value most in Deviniti are the challenges I approach eagerly. I feel not just an employee here, but a true partner. The company gives me a goal, the freedom to act, and support, which allows me to carry out the tasks entrusted to me at the highest level. Before joining the Deviniti team, I was a Jira administrator and already had experience with the company’s applications. Knowing them from a user’s perspective, I knew I wanted to be part of what they create. I also value the human approach to employees at Deviniti. Work-life balance here is not just an empty slogan, but a reality. This keeps me motivated and happy both at work and outside of it. Overall, working at Deviniti is not just about professional challenges, but also an incredible atmosphere.
