What will you work on as an Account Executive?
- Sales unit works on global sales of partner product licenses, sales of Deviniti products and comprehensive IT services. We partner with companies such as Atlassian, Monday, Gitlab, Freshworks and many others.
- Currently, we are looking for another astronaut who will join the Partner Product Department that specializes in partnerships with DevSecOps tool vendors like Gitlab, Sonarqube, Sonatype, Snyk, DBmaestro, Whitesource/Mend, Atlassian, and many others. The team advises our clients on choosing the optimal solutions for software development, and also provides support in implementing them. We can confidently say that we are one of the leaders on the European market when it comes to offering such tools!
Who will you work with?
- The team you will join is called Partner Product Department. Currently, there are 2 people focusing on the DevSecOps tools – the Team Leader and a Senior Account Executive.
- We work flexible hours – you can adjust your day the way it suits you, as long as you attend all your planned meetings. We value a complex and thorough onboarding so that the new astronaut has all the tools and knowledge before their first contact with the client. We also promote the culture of feedback, we are not afraid of difficult questions, and we learn together during regular feedback meetings. We particularly value the opportunity for face-to-face meetings at our Wrocław office, as well as team integration events.
What tasks await you in this role?
- preparing sales offers and materials for our products and services;
- supporting the preparation of marketing materials (coming up with ideas);
- updating and expanding our customer base (on both European and Polish markets);
- maintaining end-to-end contact with the clients (online or via call);
- cooperating with international software producers;
- reporting and monitoring work using the CRM tool;
- communicating daily in both Polish and English.
You are the one we’re looking for, if:
- you have the following skills:
- min. 2 years of experience in B2B sales in IT (enterprise-level), preferably selling licenses and services;
- prospecting using LinkedIn;
- customer retention skills;
- fluent English and Polish (min. B2/C1 level);
- nice to have: experience with DevSecOps tools, such as GitLab, Sonarqube, Sonatype, Snyk, DBmaestro, Whitesource/Mend, Atlassian); experience in working with CI/CD tools, code quality, and code security;
- but you can also work in a team! In particular, we value:

For one of the projects we are looking for another person who will be responsible for creating new functionalities for the electronic invoice management system for a large client.
Who will you work with?
- Team consists of 6 developers (mid and senior), 2 QA and 3 business analysts. The team works in the Scrum methodology.
What tasks await you in this role?
- designing and preparing solutions in accordance with customer requirements described by the Analyst;
- cooperation with the design team;
- taking care of code quality; code review, unit tests;
- joint valuation of tasks;

The recruitment process consists of several stages:
- 1st step – a phone interview with a recruiter who will get to know your experience, career goals, and expectations for the new job.
- 2nd step – a successful phone interview will result in an invitation to an online meeting with the team leader, who will discuss the details of the position and projects with you. During the meeting, there will also be a skills verification.
