    What will you work on as an Atlassian Consultant?

    • Atlassian Services unit works on providing comprehensive support to our clients using Atlassian’s tools. Currently, we are looking for another astronaut who will support the team that provides consulting and product configuration services to the clients, helping them solve their problems and streamline their businesses.

    Who will you work with? 

    • The team is called Atlassian Consultants and there are 8 people in it. There is a Team Leader, ITSM Solution Designer, PMO / PPM Solution Designer, Atlassian Consultant, 3 Senior Atlassian Consultants and 2 Atlassian Consultants. In its daily work, the team uses elements of the Agile methodology, such as daily meetings and planning, and the work is based on Atlassian tools. 
    • The team is characterized by a non-corporate work atmosphere and appreciation of individuality. Atlassian Consultants are a group of people with various passions and abilities, which we try to incorporate in daily tasks. Team cooperation is based on mutual support and giving constructive feedback.

    What tasks await you in this role?

    • collaborating with clients to assess their current ITSM processes and identify areas for improvement;
    • designing and implementing customized ITSM solutions based on Atlassian tools;
    • configuring and customizing Atlassian products, including Jira Service Management, Confluence and related tools;
    • advising on best practices for ITIL implementation and compliance;
    • training clients’ teams on the use of Atlassian tools and on ITSM/ITIL principles;
    • troubleshooting technical issues related to Atlassian products and their integration;

The team advises our clients on choosing the optimal solutions for software development, and also provides support in implementing them. We can confidently say that we are one of the leaders on the European market when it comes to offering such tools!

    Who will you work with? 

    • The team you will join is called Partner Product Department. Currently, there are 2 people focusing on the DevSecOps tools – the Team Leader and a Senior Account Executive.
    • We work flexible hours – you can adjust your day the way it suits you, as long as you attend all your planned meetings. We value a complex and thorough onboarding so that the new astronaut has all the tools and knowledge before their first contact with the client. We also promote the culture of feedback, we are not afraid of difficult questions, and we learn together during regular feedback meetings. We particularly value the opportunity for face-to-face meetings at our Wrocław office, as well as team integration events.

    What tasks await you in this role?

    • preparing sales offers and materials for our products and services;

I first encountered Deviniti in 2019 at Jira Day in Warsaw, as I was just beginning to learn about Atlassian tools. Right from the start, I was fascinated by the people working at Deviniti – their job satisfaction, kindness, and the wonderful community they formed. Since 2022, I have been proud to call myself part of this family. Internally, the company is exactly as I had perceived it: supportive, optimistic, and cohesive. At Deviniti, I can continuously develop and count on support in my daily tasks. After a hard day’s work, there’s time for relaxation – whether it’s a joint workout, exchanging crafting patterns, or playing board games.   • What is the recruitment process like at Deviniti?

    The recruitment process consists of several stages:

    • 1st step – a phone interview with a recruiter who will get to know your experience, career goals, and expectations for the new job.
    • 2nd step – a successful phone interview will result in an invitation to an online meeting with the team leader, who will discuss the details of the position and projects with you. During the meeting, there will also be a skills verification.
    • 3rd step – regardless of the outcome of the recruitment meeting, the recruiter will get back to you with feedback within 2 weeks.
  • How can I check the status of my application?

    Within minutes of submitting your application, you will receive confirmation that we have received it. If you want to check the status of your application, we encourage you to contact the recruiter indicated in the specific advertisement for which you applied.

    If your application meets our criteria and you are selected as one of the candidates for the initial stage of the recruitment process, we will reach out to you to schedule a phone interview.

    • Full support – remote onboarding opportunity and a stellar starter pack to welcome you; a 3-month probationary period that allows you to learn at your own pace (with the help of the team and your manager); a set of tools for work (laptop, headphones, phone – depending on the position), 
    • Choice – cooperation based on an employment contract (UoP) or B2B; remote or hybrid work (offices in Wrocław and Warsaw); flexible working hours – tailored to meeting schedules, 
    • Feedback – summary meetings with your manager during the onboarding process – you won’t get stuck in one place for sure.
  • What is the development perspective at Deviniti?

    We care about your satisfaction we want to enable you to develop in many ways. Belong to them:

    • Career paths – they function in most teams. You will undergo mapping that will allow you to determine your strengths and weaknesses as an employee and how to strengthen/work on them,
    • Udemy, team training – do you feel hungry for knowledge? Tell your supervisor! He will find a course for you on the Udemy platform or inform you about planned training for your team,
    • Training and development strategy (L&D) – we introduce it in subsequent units. It helps you and the leader plan the direction of your development in line with the company’s business goals.
  • Do you offer internships/internship programs for students/graduates?

    Currently, we do not run student internships or internship programs – but sometimes we open recruitment for junior positions.
