    What will you work on as a UX/UI Designer?

    • Atlassian Apps unit works on creating plugins/extensions for Jira that are listed on the Atlassian Marketplace. Currently, we are looking for another astronaut to join the team that cares about the best user experience while using the application.

    Who will you work with? 

    • The team is called UX/UI Team and there are 6 people in it. There are UX/UI Team, four regular UX Designers and one senior UX Designer.

    What tasks await you in this role?

    • Interface design;
    • Creating prototypes for testing solutions;
    • Conducting UX research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, feedback analysis, etc.);
    • Close cooperation with teams creating our products – product owners, developers, testers, customer support team;
    • Inference based on product analytics data.

    You are the one we’re looking for, if:

    – you have the following skills:

    • at least 3 years of commercial experience in designing websites;
    • the ability to prototype (sketches, lo-fi, hi-fi), design, use design and prototyping tools;
    • knowledge of product analytics tools, e.g. Hotjar, Survicate, GTM, GA4;
    • the ability to communicate ideas, arguments and defend one’s solutions;
    • high sense of aesthetics.

    • Team: 13 testers + team leader, including 3 automation testers
    • Project: developing and building applications in the Atlassian ecosystem – the product team you’ll join is responsible for two Jira Service Management apps

    What will you work on as QA Automation Specialist?

    • Our Atlassian Apps unit works on developing plugins/extensions for software such as Jira. The products are placed on the Atlassian Marketplace, where they are available to a wide range of international users. Currently, we are looking for another astronaut who will support the QA team in testing these apps and who will be in charge of test automation inside a newly created product team. In this role, you will be responsible for decisions in defining the test processes for two applications that extend Jira’s capabilities.

    Who will you work with? 

    • The QA Team consists of 13 testers, 3 of whom are automation testers (1x senior and 2x mid). The newly formed product team you will join will consist of a Product Owner, 3 developers, a UX/UI Designer, a Scrum Master, a Customer Services Specialist, a Technical Writer and one QA Automation Specialist.
    • The QA team works mostly remotely, but meets on-site once a month in our office in Wroclaw.

    What tasks await you in this role?

    • A standard work week includes both manual testing and automation of tests;
    • Supporting the team in developing and maintaining stable apps with good quality mark;
    • Participating in the testing process, including manual testing, and giving feedback to the developers;
    • Development and maintenance of UI automation tests in assigned applications using Playwright framework;
    • Analysing the requirements from User Stories and pricing the tasks;
    • Planning test scope and defining test cases;
    • Collaborating with the product team, sharing knowledge within the QA team, attending scrum meetings.

    You are the one we’re looking for, if:

    – you have the following skills:

    • 2 years of experience in web application testing, including about 1 year of experience in UI test automation;
    • experience with JavaScript and TypeScript;
    • experience working with GIT, Rest API and Postman;
    • ability to analyse User Stories and knowledge of good patterns;
    • good understanding of testing process and its components;
    • ability to plan test automation, define its scope and plan the processes;
    • communicative English and Polish (B2 level).

    • In addition, you will be part of a guild of experienced Product Owners, consisting of 8 people. In this group, Product Owners exchange knowledge and implement initiatives to improve their processes and skills.

    What tasks await you in this role?

    • Creating a vision and roadmap for a global application (setting product goals and separating them into sprint objectives/tasks);
    • Learning about customer needs and market trends, competitor analysis;
    • Specifying the product vision in the form of requirements/user stories;
    • Fulfilling the company’s strategic goals through product activities;
    • Prioritizing tasks and managing the product backlog;
    • Drawing conclusions from product analytics and other available data;
    • Tracking market trends related to the ITSM (IT Service Management) area;

  • What is the recruitment process like at Deviniti?

    The recruitment process consists of several stages:

    • 1st step – a phone interview with a recruiter who will get to know your experience, career goals, and expectations for the new job.
    • 2nd step – a successful phone interview will result in an invitation to an online meeting with the team leader, who will discuss the details of the position and projects with you. During the meeting, there will also be a skills verification.
    • 3rd step – regardless of the outcome of the recruitment meeting, the recruiter will get back to you with feedback within 2 weeks.
  • How can I check the status of my application?

    Within minutes of submitting your application, you will receive confirmation that we have received it. If you want to check the status of your application, we encourage you to contact the recruiter indicated in the specific advertisement for which you applied.

    • Full support – remote onboarding opportunity and a stellar starter pack to welcome you; a 3-month probationary period that allows you to learn at your own pace (with the help of the team and your manager); a set of tools for work (laptop, headphones, phone – depending on the position),
