What will you work on as an Atlassian Consultant?
- Atlassian Services unit works on providing comprehensive support to our clients using Atlassian’s tools. Currently, we are looking for another astronaut who will support the team that provides consulting and product configuration services to the clients, helping them solve their problems and streamline their businesses.
Who will you work with?
- The team is called Atlassian Consultants and there are 8 people in it. There is a Team Leader, ITSM Solution Designer, PMO / PPM Solution Designer, Atlassian Consultant, 3 Senior Atlassian Consultants and 2 Atlassian Consultants. In its daily work, the team uses elements of the Agile methodology, such as daily meetings and planning, and the work is based on Atlassian tools.
- The team is characterized by a non-corporate work atmosphere and appreciation of individuality. Atlassian Consultants are a group of people with various passions and abilities, which we try to incorporate in daily tasks. Team cooperation is based on mutual support and giving constructive feedback.
What tasks await you in this role?
- collaborating with clients to assess their current ITSM processes and identify areas for improvement;
- designing and implementing customized ITSM solutions based on Atlassian tools;
- configuring and customizing Atlassian products, including Jira Service Management, Confluence and related tools;
- advising on best practices for ITIL implementation and compliance;
- training clients’ teams on the use of Atlassian tools and on ITSM/ITIL principles;
- troubleshooting technical issues related to Atlassian products and their integration;
- keeping up-to-date with changes in the Atlassian ecosystem and industry trends.

- experience as a consultant or an administrator in the Atlassian ecosystem;

Implementation Consultant for Helpdesk Systems

What will you work on as an Implementation Consultant for Helpdesk Systems?
- Revenue unit works on global sales of partner product licenses, sales of Deviniti products and comprehensive IT services.
- Currently, we are looking for another astronaut who will join the Partner Product Department that specializes in partnerships with Freshworks, Monday.com and DevSecOps solutions. The team advises clients on selecting optimal ITSM solutions, providing both training and support in implementation and integration.
Who will you work with?
- The team you will join is called Partner Product Department. Currently, there are 4 people focusing on the Freshworks tools – the Team Leader, an ITSM Solution Consultant, a Helpdesk/CRM Consultant, and a Sales Consultant.
- We have daily meetings with the team and weekly meetings with the partner.
- Everyone has task flexibility and can influence their pay through performance-based bonuses.

What tasks await you in this role?
- taking part in the presales phase by presenting the capabilities of Freshworks tools to clients;
- collaborating with new and existing clients to assess their current ITSM processes and identify areas for improvement;
- designing and implementing tailored Freshworks-based ITSM solutions to meet client needs;
- providing guidance on best practices for ITIL implementation and adherence;
- configuring and customizing Freshworks products, including Freshservice, Freshdesk and other related tools;

The recruitment process consists of several stages:
- 1st step – a phone interview with a recruiter who will get to know your experience, career goals, and expectations for the new job.
- 2nd step – a successful phone interview will result in an invitation to an online meeting with the team leader, who will discuss the details of the position and projects with you. During the meeting, there will also be a skills verification.
- 3rd step – regardless of the outcome of the recruitment meeting, the recruiter will get back to you with feedback within 2 weeks.
