    The team that the  UX/UI Team Leader will join is a design/research team that works on the development of our products (extensions to Jira Software and other Atlassian tools). Each team member also works with the Product team where, in collaboration with Product Owners, Developers and Testers, they participate in the development of applications that support our customers’ work in the Atlassian environment. Additionally, as part of the Product Design team, you will determine the direction of UX development in our organization. The team consists of four experienced UX&UI Designers.

    If you decide to work with us, it will be up to you how you choose to work: remote, stationary, or hybrid mode. For everyone willing to work from the office, awaits our palace in Wrocław by the South Park, which every second stroller is amazed by, or a convenient office at Grzybowska Street in Warsaw.

    What tasks await you at the position of a UX/UI Team Leader?

    Team Leadership tasks:

    • Improving the description of the career path for UX,
    • Mentoring for team members,
    • Improving the quality of designs created by the team and the effectiveness of the team’s work,
    • Spreading knowledge about UX research and applying it in practice
    • Establishing the rules of cooperation between UXs and other roles (e.g. PO, development, QA, technical writers)
    • Conducting feedback and 1-on-1 interviews
    • Taking care of the team’s finances and delegating tasks.

    Operational tasks:

    • Designing interfaces,
    • Creating prototypes for testing solutions,
    • Conducting UX research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, feedback analysis, etc.),
    • Close cooperation with the teams creating our products – product owners, developers, testers, and the customer support team
    • Inference based on product analytics data,
    • Implementation of analytical tools,
    • Process development and implementation,
    • Support in the development of other team members.

    Who is our ideal candidate? It’s someone who:

    • has min. 2 years of experience in leading UX teams as a leader / manager,
    • has a minimum of 5 years of experience supported by a portfolio that shows examples of completed projects and problem solving skills,
    • can create advanced prototypes,
    • has experience in planning and conducting UX research,
    • knows Figma very well,
    • pays attention to details and has a high sense of aesthetics,
    • can clearly communicate ideas, arguments and convincing justifications for his/her solutions,
    • knows and can configure analytical tools (GA, GTM, HotJar, Survicate),
    • is able to provide feedback and support to other team members,
    • wants to spread knowledge about UX and encourage the development of other team members,
    • communicates in English in speaking and writing (at least B2 level) and speaks Polish at a communicative level,
    • has developed empathy, high personal culture, respect for colleagues and clients,
    • has positive ambitions, willingness to develop and the ability to inspire the team.

    We would also appreciate:

    • experience with Jira, Confluence or other tools from the Atlassian stack,
    • experience in designing products related to project management or customer service,
    • experience in working with a design system.
    • data driven mindset,
    • willingness to create new standards and processes within the team.

    We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will have a proactive approach to work and willing to share ideas with the rest of the team!

    The team that person would join is a group of analysts working remotely in the structures of the Applications Development Unit, who will ultimately create a team combining analytical competences with a UX approach. Team members will work on various projects (both agile and waterfall), but together they will create a support platform for better work organization and introduce company-wide analysis standards.

    What tasks await you as a Senior Business Analyst?

    • Active participation in projects related to software development in various technologies and for various clients, 
    • Comprehensive identification of the client’s business needs along with proposing solutions,
    • Collecting and defining functional and non-functional requirements within the project,
    • Creating and maintaining project documentation,
    • Conducting workshops and meetings for project stakeholders, 
    • Acting as a liaison between the business client and technical teams,
    • Participation in the preparation of commercial offers for IT clients,
    • Providing analyzes to the development team,
    • Supporting PO in backlog and PM management in project management.

    Who is our ideal candidate? It’s someone who:

    • Has min. 5 years of experience in the field of analysis in IT projects and working with clients, 
    • Has excellent communication skills (the ability to negotiate and manage expectations),
    • Has the ability to model processes and create project documentation,
    • Has experience in working with development teams, in both agile and agile projects and cascading,
    • Has knowledge in preparing offer analyzes,
    • Knows the methods and tools supporting software development,
    • I speak fluent English,
    • He knows the UML and BPMN notation,
    • He has a general knowledge of IT technologies and trends,
    • Organizes his time well work.
