Managed services for production AI systems, built for banks, insurers, and public institutions

Keep your models accurate, compliant, and predictable to run, operated by the engineers who built them, on your own infrastructure

Four situations where teams hand us a running AI system

Icon image

No one owns accuracy in production

Before: it shipped at 95% accuracy. Six months on, nobody can tell you if it still hits that. After: we watch the accuracy on live traffic and flag drift before a customer does
Icon image

A model you depend on is getting deprecated

Before: a provider retires the model under your system, and suddenly it’s your weekend. After: we plan and run the migration on a schedule you set.
Icon image

Your inference bill keeps climbing

Before: GPU and API spend creeps up every quarter and you can’t forecast it. After: we route traffic across models by cost and language, so the bill becomes a number you can budget.

You inherited an AI system (ours or someone else’s)

Before: it’s in production, the people who built it are gone, and no one wants to touch it. After: we audit it, set a baseline, write the runbook, and take it on.

What our clients say?

By automating certain customer interactions, bank employees are provided with a prepared “semi-product”, which enables them to dedicate more time to personalizing and empathizing with customer communication, and thus taking even better care of their needs.

How does it work?

Six things we actually run. Each one is something a generic IT provider can’t.

Logo image

Catch drift before your users do

We run evaluation suites against live traffic, track accuracy over time, and put guardrails around hallucinations. When the numbers slip, we get the alert, not your call center.
→You hear about a problem from us, before it reaches a customer.
Logo image

Re-tune as your data changes

Your data shifts, so the model has to. We re-tune on new data, adjust prompts and retrieval, and move traffic between Bielik, open-source, and commercial models when one does the job cheaper.
→ Accuracy holds even as the business moves under it.
Logo image

Handle model upgrades without the fire drill

New versions ship and old ones get retired on someone else’s timeline. We test the next version, port your prompts and tuning, and switch over with a rollback ready.
→ A model being retired is our problem, not yours.
Logo image

Fix incidents on a clock you signed off on

You get defined response times, an on-call team, and written runbooks for the things that break.
→ Response times you can hold us to.
Logo image

Report model health to people who don’t read dashboards

We tie model metrics to the numbers your board already tracks, so the quarterly review has something real to show.
→ A renewal you can defend with one slide.
Logo image

Run it all inside your perimeter

Everything stays on-prem or in your isolated environment, where the data already sits. (See: Security & Infrastructure.)
→ Your data never leaves your walls.

Why the usual ways of keeping AI running don’t hold up

Icon image

“The build team will keep an eye on it”

They’re on the next project. No one’s running evals, so the drop shows up as a customer complaint.
Icon image

“Our IT provider covers it”

They watch whether the server is up. They can’t see a model that’s up and giving wrong answers.
Icon image

“We’ll deal with deprecations when they come”

Reactive migration means downtime and a scramble, usually at a bad time.
Icon image

“We have our own dashboards”

Infra metrics tell you the box is healthy. They don’t tell you the answers got worse.

FAQ: AI Managed Services

  • What exactly do AI Managed Services cover?

We monitor, maintain, and continuously improve your production AI systems –  including accuracy tracking, model re-tuning, upgrade management, incident response, and compliance reporting. We handle the operational side of running AI in production so your team can stay focused on building.

  • Who is this service designed for?

AI Managed Services are built for organizations operating in regulated industries – banks, insurance companies, and public institutions – where AI accuracy, data residency, and predictability are non-negotiable.

  • We didn’t build our AI system with Deviniti. Can you still manage it?

Yes. We regularly take over systems built by other vendors or in-house teams. We start with a full audit, establish a performance baseline, write a runbook, and take it on – regardless of who built it.

  • How do you detect when a model’s accuracy drops?

We run automated evaluation suites against live traffic around the clock. When accuracy, latency, or hallucination rates cross agreed thresholds, we get the alert and investigate – before it reaches your users or call center.

  • What does the SLA look like?

You get defined response times for incidents, a dedicated on-call team, and written runbooks for common failure scenarios. Response times are contractual – you can hold us to them.

  • What credentials does Deviniti have in AI?

We are the first Polish co-creator of an open-source LLM (Bielik.AI, now part of NVIDIA NIM microservices and included in Perplexity’s Sovereign AI), have received 11 awards and recognitions for GenAI solutions, and have served 236 clients in custom development.

  • What happens when a model version is deprecated?

We monitor provider roadmaps and plan migrations well in advance. We test the next version, port your prompts and configs, and switch over on a schedule you approve. A model being retired is our problem, not yours.

  • Do you have security/compliance documentation we can use for vendor due diligence (audits, certifications, privacy)?

Yes. Deviniti’s Trust Center provides downloadable security and compliance documentation for vendor due diligence, including:

    • ISO/IEC 27001 certificate (ISMS)
    • ISO/IEC 27017 certificate (cloud security controls guidance)
    • SOC 2 Type 1 report
    • Privacy & Security Overview
    • CAIQ Lite – Apps (Cloud Security Alliance questionnaire)
    • Cloud Hosting Locations & Data Residency Options
    • Information Security Policy (AUP)

For GDPR due diligence, Deviniti provides a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under GDPR Article 28. As a general rule, personal data processing takes place within the EU/EEA. Where international transfers are necessary, Deviniti uses lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., EU adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses) with additional safeguards. For products that support it, you can also choose service delivery exclusively via infrastructure located in the EEA.
