An AI discovery workshop and team training, ending in a scored use-case backlog

Built for boards, transformation leads, and the teams who’ll do the work. Your domain experts plus our AI engineers spend one session deciding what to build first, and your people leave knowing how to use the tools.

When to bring us in

Icon image

You have the budget, not the shortlist

There’s money set aside for AI and pressure from the board, but no list of use cases anyone’s confident funding.
Icon image

Your teams are already doing it on the side

People are pasting work into ChatGPT without oversight, and you need a sanctioned, secure way to do it properly.
Icon image

You’ve been pitched, not advised

Five vendors have shown you AI demos. None of them told you which idea actually survives your data, your regulators, and the systems you already run.
Icon image

Your people need the skills, fast

Teams have to use AI in their real jobs, with the right tools and prompting habits, and you don’t have six months for a formal training program.

You leave with a scored, costed use-case backlog and a recommended first build

Walk out knowing what to build first, and what to skip

AI Use Case Discovery
A ranked backlog of use cases, scored against your data and your constraints.
Rough effort and cost bands for each, so finance has real numbers to work with.
A clear recommendation for what to build first.
An honest list of ideas worth dropping, and the reason why.
AI Enablement
Teams trained on the tools they’ll actually use, and how to prompt them well.
A short internal playbook they keep and reuse after we leave.
The change leaders inside your org who’ll carry this forward, identified by name.
Five steps, from your processes to a ranked backlog
Our solutions architects + your process owners = working on your real data the whole way through
Kickoff and scope
  • We agree which business areas are in play, and which ones are off the table for now.
  • We confirm who needs to be in the room: process owners, data people, and someone who can say yes
Map your processes and data
  • Your domain experts walk us through how the work actually happens today, step by step.
  • We note where the data lives, what shape it’s in, and who’s allowed to touch it.
Surface and stress-test use cases
  • We turn the friction points into candidate use cases, framed as something AI could realistically do.
  • Then we poke holes in each one against your constraints and drop the ideas that don’t hold up.
Score them
  • Every surviving use case gets rated for feasibility, cost, and risk on the same scale.
  • You see the trade-offs side by side, so the ranking is a decision you can defend, not a gut call.
Hand over the roadmap
  • You leave with the ranked backlog and a clear recommendation for what to build first.
  • Each item is tagged with its next step, either a quick proof of concept or a fuller validation build.

What our clients say?

By automating certain customer interactions, bank employees are provided with a prepared “semi-product”, which enables them to dedicate more time to personalizing and empathizing with customer communication, and thus taking even better care of their needs.

FAQ: AI discovery workshops

  • What exactly do I get at the end of the workshop?

You leave with a scored, prioritized backlog of AI use cases evaluated against your data and constraints, rough effort and cost estimates for each, a clear recommendation for what to build first, and a list of ideas worth dropping — with reasons. Your teams also receive hands-on training on the tools they’ll actually use, plus a short internal playbook to keep after the engagement.

  • Who should attend the workshop?

The workshop is designed for boards, transformation leads, and the teams who’ll do the work. The most productive sessions include process owners, data people, and someone who can say yes to next steps — plus our AI solutions architects who facilitate.

  • How long does the workshop process take?

It follows five structured steps: kickoff & scope, process and data mapping, surfacing and stress-testing use cases, scoring them, and handing over the roadmap. Timing varies by scope, but within a few working days of your initial enquiry we’ll set up a scoping session to define the right format for your situation.

  • We’ve already been pitched by AI vendors. Why is this different?

Vendors show demos. We work with your real processes and your real data to stress-test which ideas survive your actual constraints — and tell you honestly which ones don’t. The output is a decision you can defend to finance and the board, not a slide deck.

  • Our teams are already using ChatGPT informally. Can the workshop address that?

Yes. One of the most common entry points is precisely this situation — people using AI on the side without oversight. The workshop gives you a sanctioned, secure approach and trains teams on the right tools with proper prompting habits, so informal use is replaced by governed, productive practice.

  • Do you have security/compliance documentation we can use for vendor due diligence (audits, certifications, privacy)?

Yes. Deviniti’s Trust Center provides downloadable security and compliance documentation for vendor due diligence, including:

    • ISO/IEC 27001 certificate (ISMS)
    • ISO/IEC 27017 certificate (cloud security controls guidance)
    • SOC 2 Type 1 report
    • Privacy & Security Overview
    • CAIQ Lite – Apps (Cloud Security Alliance questionnaire)
    • Cloud Hosting Locations & Data Residency Options
    • Information Security Policy (AUP)

For GDPR due diligence, Deviniti provides a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under GDPR Article 28. As a general rule, personal data processing takes place within the EU/EEA. Where international transfers are necessary, Deviniti uses lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., EU adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses) with additional safeguards. For products that support it, you can also choose service delivery exclusively via infrastructure located in the EEA.
