Enterprise AI that reaches production and stays on your infrastructure
We build generative and custom AI for banks, insurers, and public institutions. It runs on your servers or your own cloud, trained on your data, and you own what we ship. We also co-built Bielik, Poland’s open LLM.

What our clients say?

By automating certain customer interactions, bank employees are provided with a prepared “semi-product”, which enables them to dedicate more time to personalizing and empathizing with customer communication, and thus taking even better care of their needs.

FAQ: Gen AI Development
-
What industries do you build AI for?
We primarily serve banks, insurers, public institutions, legal firms, and healthcare organizations — sectors where data sensitivity, regulation, and compliance requirements are non-negotiable. Many of our clients have restrictions that rule out off-the-shelf AI tools, which is exactly why they come to us.
-
Where does my data go? Can you deploy on-premise?
Yes. All solutions are designed to run on your own infrastructure — on-premise or within your own private cloud (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI). Your data never leaves your perimeter. This is not an option we tack on — it’s the default architecture.
-
How long does it take to go from idea to a working solution?
We run a proof of concept in 5–10 working days so you can validate the idea on your real data before committing to full development. From there, a working MVP typically takes 6–8 weeks, followed by integration into your existing systems (CRM, ITSM, ERP). Production timelines depend on scope, but months — not years — is the norm.
-
Are you tied to a specific AI model or vendor?
No. We are model-agnostic and route between Claude, GPT, Llama, Mistral, Bielik, and others based on language, task complexity, and cost. You are never locked into a single provider, and you can change models as the landscape evolves without rebuilding your entire system.
-
What regulations and compliance standards do you support?
Our solutions are built audit-ready from day one. We design for ISO 27001, GDPR/RODO, DORA, NIS2, and KNF requirements. Technical controls include SSO, RBAC, encryption at rest and in transit, and full audit logging. We’ve successfully delivered regulated AI in banking and public sector environments.
-
Do you have security/compliance documentation we can use for vendor due diligence (audits, certifications, privacy)?
Yes. Deviniti’s Trust Center provides downloadable security and compliance documentation for vendor due diligence, including:
- ISO/IEC 27001 certificate (ISMS)
- ISO/IEC 27017 certificate (cloud security controls guidance)
- SOC 2 Type 1 report
- Privacy & Security Overview
- CAIQ Lite – Apps (Cloud Security Alliance questionnaire)
- Cloud Hosting Locations & Data Residency Options
- Information Security Policy (AUP)
For GDPR due diligence, Deviniti provides a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under GDPR Article 28. As a general rule, personal data processing takes place within the EU/EEA. Where international transfers are necessary, Deviniti uses lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., EU adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses) with additional safeguards. For products that support it, you can also choose service delivery exclusively via infrastructure located in the EEA.
