Note that you can create up to 5 Request progress configurations per instance (not per project).
The Actions for JSM app enables you to easily manage the Request progress configurations.
Simply navigate to Jira sidebar > Apps > Actions for Jira Service Management > Request progress.

You can also access Request progress by navigating to Jira admin settings > Marketplace Apps > Actions for Jira Service Management.

Check the details of a particular Request progress configuration.
Click the expand arrow icon next to a particular Request progress name to see the details of its configuration: Stages and JQL.
Enable or disable the Request progress visibility on the Customer Portal.
To make the particular Request progress visible on your Customer Portal, turn on (or off) the toggle in the Options column.
Edit a particular Request progress.
Click the Pen icon and introduce changes to the Request progress configuration. You can update settings of the following sections: General settings, Details, Stages.
Copy the particular Request progress and its configuration.

You can create up to five Request progress configurations per instance (not per project). If the Copy icon is disabled, you’ve reached this limit across your instance.
