Managing Request actions

Learn how to manage the settings of Request actions.

Before you start, log in as a user with Jira Administrators project permissions. For more information, see Atlassian documentation.

The Actions for JSM app enables you to easily manage the created Request actions and adjust their settings to the needs of your Customer Portal’s users.

After adding your Request action, you can see it on the Request actions’ management view. The view presents all added Request actions and enables you to:

  • check the details of a particular Request action’s configuration.
  • edit a particular Request action.
  • enable or disable the Request action’s visibility on the Customer Portal.
  • delete your Request action and its configuration.
