A preset is a set of rules and actions created in global configuration that you can reuse for multiple screen schemes.
The main benefit of this feature is that it saves time as there’s no need to configure each screen scheme separately from scratch. You can use a common configuration for multiple screen schemes.
To enable presets you need to create one first in global configuration.
Navigate to Apps > Manage your apps > Dynamic Forms > Preset management.
Click +Add new preset.
Name your preset and click Save.
A new preset is added, click Edit actions to configure it.
Add rules that you need as you would in a custom configuration and click Save.
Your preset is now ready to use in a screen scheme.
Make sure the screen scheme in a project you want to apply the preset matches the original preset screen scheme.
Enable issue types, navigate to the screen scheme you wish to apply the preset to and expand the Options tab.
Click Configuration type.
Select a preset you want to use.
The preset has been applied to the screen scheme.
Preset rules can only be edited in global configuration.
To delete a preset, expand Options, navigate to Preset details and click Delete preset.
