Project Configuration

Understand how to configure Bundled Fields in service projects.

As a project administrator, you can decide about Bundled Fields which are displayed in requests to your Customer Portal users. It’s possible to add bundles to your projects’ issue types so that they’re assigned to the related request types and used in requests on the Customer Portal.

Adding bundles to request types

To add Bundled Fields to request types from a selected service project, after creating and configuring your bundle with the use of Global configuration, assign your bundle to the selected project and its request types by using Issue view extension available in Project settings. For details, watch the Quick Guide or follow the below steps.
