Bundled Fields Overview
Create bundles consisting of subfields to boost form efficiency
With the Bundled Fields feature you can combine request form fields that carry related information into custom bundles.
A bundle is a set of subfields. It lets you display numerous fields without creating a separate custom field for each one of them. You can design the layout of subfields in a bundle, e.g. by grouping fields into columns. As a result, request forms can deliver condensed, structured input to your Support Team, helping everyone avoid informational clutter.
Bundled Fields enables you to organize request forms into thematic sections. This option, along with custom layout of subfields, makes request forms more user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient.
Bundled Fields are configured both globally and in project settings.
For instructions explaining how to configure Bundled Fields globally, see Global Configuration.
For instructions explaining how to configure Bundled Fields in a project, see Project Configuration.
