With the Bundled Fields feature you can combine request form fields that carry related information into custom bundles.
A bundle is a set of subfields. It lets you display numerous fields without creating a separate custom field for each one of them. You can also design how these subfields are arranged, for example, by placing them in columns or thematic sections.
As a result, request forms can deliver condensed, structured input to your Support Team, helping everyone avoid informational clutter.
Bundled Fields are configured both globally and in project settings.
