Customize Request Details View by displaying issues related to requests
With Extension for Jira Service Management you can display issues related to a request in Request Details View for selected request types.
Steps
To configure display of related issues:
Go to Project settings.
Click Request details extension.
In the Show issue links section, configure:
a. Request Types by selecting request types for which you want to display related issues.
b. Types of links by selecting what types of links should be displayed.
c. Jira groups by selecting Jira groups for which related issues should be visible.
Click Add.
Result
The configured related issues are displayed in a dedicated panel in Request Details View for the selected request types and Jira groups.

Note
Each group is expanded only when it contains up to three linked issues at a time. If at least one group contains more than three linked issues, it collapses along with all other groups.
