Learn how to customize Request Details View by displaying different work items related to requests.
With Show issue links you can highlight connections between requests, making it easy for Customer Portal users to see how work items (issues) are related. You can also navigate between them directly from Request Details View.

To configure display of related work items, follow the below steps.
The configured related work items are displayed in a dedicated panel in Request Details View for the selected request types and Jira groups.
Bear in mind that every group is expanded only when it contains up to three linked work items at a time. If at least one group contains more than three linked work items, it collapses along with all other groups.
