Learn how to customize Request Details View to display attachments.
Show Attachments allows you to make important files and documents easy to access by the Customer Portal users, allowing them to view or download these attachments directly from Request Details View.
Before you start configuration, consider the following:
The size limit for attachment files in a dynamically displayed Attachment field is 512MB. You can’t add multiple attachment files of total size larger than 512MB or a single attachment file of size exceeding the limit.
The panel with attachments can list only the attachments added as public comments. The maximum number of files displayed on the list is 150.
The default number of displayed attachments is 10. To display more attachments, select Show more at the bottom of the list.

Configuration
To configure display of attachments, follow the below steps.
Steps
Go to Project settings.
Click Request details extension.
In Show attachments, select the request types for which you want to display attachments. Changes to configuration are saved automatically.
Tip
If you want to show attachments for every request type, select Apply to all.
