This section introduces the customization capabilities of Request Details View
Extension for Jira Service Management lets you customize Request Details View by displaying fields with additional information about requests and their resolution. This feature gives customers more context about what’s being done with their requests and highlights the fact that you value their time and satisfaction.

By using the app, you can display the following information in Request Details View:
The same set of information to be displayed is available by using the team-managed service projects.
Do not delete the atlassian-addons-project-access technical user either from project, or global permissions. The technical user is necessary to ensure that Extension for Jira Service Management runs smoothly.
