There are three features that allow you to multiply existing work items and templates:

| Feature | Description |

| Apply template | You can apply an already existing template to an already existing work item. Once your template is configured it can be used on any work item. |
| Clone template | With this feature you can clone templates in a repository. If you need another similar template, you can simply clone the one you want and adjust the new one to your needs. |
| Recreate issue | This feature is applied to work items only. It requires no configuration, you don’t even have to make a template or create a repository before. You can simply recreate a work item that already exists and decide what exactly you need using settings. |
