Synchronization of deleting attachments

Learn how the synchronized attachments behave once removed

Deletion of attachments is subject to synchronization process. Depending on your configuration, removed attachments may behave in separate ways.

  • If you remove a synchronized attachment from the source issue (where it was initially added), its copy on another issue will be removed only when a proper mapping direction is set.
  • If you remove the copy of the synchronized attachment, but not the source, it will be only removed locally.
Note

Attachments added via fields with Wiki style renderer might still be visible in the attachments panel.
