Comments synchronization option available on Sync Scheme -> Triggers section:

Comments Enables comments synchronization.

All comments synchronization By default only newly added comments are synchronized. Enable this option to synchronize all existing comments in case your issue is created at the remote Jira in later stage (for example with Create Remote action or on Workflow transition).

Attachments

Attachments synchronization option available on Sync Scheme -> Triggers section:

Attachments Enables attachments synchronization.

Synchronize all attachments Similar to “All comments synchronization” described in this chapter. Synchronize all attachments in later stage of remote issue creation.
