Unlink issue
This chapter provides information about Unlink issue operation.
The Unlink issue operation allows you to remove existing connection between Jira and ServiceNow issues.
To configure this feature you need to:

Select Jira custom field
noteYou can select only single line, text custom fields. -
Provide custom field’s value
noteValue field is case-sensitive. Make sure all letters have proper size.
Provided value will trigger the Unlink issue operation. It means that as soon as Jira custom field’s value meets the value from configuration, linking between Jira and ServiceNow entities ends.
The Unlink issue operation cannot be reverted.
note
The Issue Sync app removes only particular relation between Jira and ServiceNow issues. Entities won’t be changed or deleted.
