About

The My Requests Extension for Jira Service Management app opens up a new set of possibilities in terms of visibility control and access for customers to their Requests pages. As an administrator, you have full control over the view and permissions at a click of a button.

Key features

  • Displaying additional elements on the list with requests. Thanks to Fields configuration you can set particular fields to be available as columns or filtering criteria for end users so that they can decide which data to display on the list with requests.
  • Creating filters with saved views and sharing them with different users. The Filters management functionality allows you for organizing and managing access to all global and user-created filters.
  • Adding and managing User Scopes which serve for arranging Jira users, groups, and organizations into presets that can be used across the app to facilitate configuration.
  • Exporting lists with requests to the CSV and XLSX files.
  • Displaying the page with requests as any selected user with the View as functionality.
  • Customizing Banner that redirects to the page with requests.
