Filtering criteria

Learn how to adjust the list with requests using Filtering criteria.

Filtering criteria available on the app’s Requests page let you filter the list so that you can quickly find the requests you need.

By using the Funnel icon, you can choose which criteria are available for filtering and use them to narrow down results presented on the list with requests. This functionality makes it easier to navigate through large lists of requests.

Info

Changes to Assets objects configured as Filtering criteria are automatically refreshed every hour. If you don’t see your changes while using Requests page right away, they’ll show up shortly.

By filtering requests you can also include the criteria categories that are empty. To display the requests with no criteria items defined, use the is empty option.
