Learn about the Data Center and Cloud hosting options of the app.
My Requests Extension is available in Data Center and Cloud hosting versions. Both hosting versions meet the particular user needs and overcome specific Jira Service Management limitations. Although we’re constantly working towards unifying both versions, at present the available hosting options differ in terms of features and the overall application design.
Currently, there is no direct migration path for the app data and configurations from Data Center to Cloud hosting versions.
For more information on migration, navigate to Atlassian documentation.
To understand current differences between the Data Center and Cloud hosting options, read the below table.

Replacing the native Requests page with the app’s Requests page is impossible due to technical limitations regarding the Cloud hosting. That’s why the Cloud version of the app provides a separate Requests page. It can be accessed by using the banner that is visible on the native Requests page.
