• Option to set the banner text on the Requests page. The functionality is available to the global Jira administrator in the Settings configuration as the Banner tab.
• For Customer Request Type and Priority fields, an option has been added to define whether the table displays an icon with a tooltip or whether there is additional text next to the icon instead of the tooltip (default behavior). Configuration is available to the global Jira administrator in Fields configuration next to the fields listed above.

• Empty CSV file bug: When the administrator enables the SLA in the field configuration to be available as columns on the Requests page, and then adds it to the list and exports the results, the CSV file is empty. It only contains the first row with columns. The same situation occurs in the case of the Description field.
