Warning
  • The Assets objects custom field used as Columns and Filtering criteria can display Labels but it doesn’t support searching across attributes.
  • The support for SLA includes all the SLA custom field types, such as: Time to first response, Time to resolution, Time to close after resolution, etc. Note that you can create a custom SLA by accessing the Project settings > SLAs.
  • The calendar type isn’t displayed next to SLA due to technical limitations.
  • The Status field operates only on service projects. With this field you can display only Jira workflow statuses as it doesn’t support custom status mapping. However, it’s possible to display custom workflow statuses on Requests page by using the Request status field which can be enabled as Column in Fields configuration. Bear in mind that due to technical limitations, this field can’t be enabled as Filtering criteria.

Info

The default date and time formats differ based on the used custom field type. It’s possible to align formats with the particular user preferences.

Consider the following:

  • for the Date Picker field the default format is displayed as: d/MMM/yy, while for the Date Time Picker field it’s presented as: dd/MMM/yy hh:mm a. To change the formats you can navigate to Settings > System > Advanced Settings.

  • for the Updated, Created and Resolved (Resolution Date) fields the default format is presented as following: dd/MMM/yy h:mm a, while for the Due Date field it’s presented as: dd/MMM/yy. To change the formats you can navigate to Settings > System > Look and feel.
