Learn how to display the page with requests as a selected user.

Info

Due to ongoing platform improvements, certain views presented in documentation may not fully reflect the latest in-app changes. We’re actively updating our content to match the new experience.

As an administrator, you can view and navigate Requests page using the permission set of a selected Jira user. It’s particularly useful when you need to check if you’ve restricted access to requests correctly and make sure that particular users have proper permissions to display Requests page and its elements.

Note

The View as feature respects custom Visibility settings of a selected Jira user and permissions set in Fields configuration.
