About
A queue is a list of issues that are displayed based on a set of criteria. Jira Service Management by default offers a selection of pre-configured queues which help users organize issues. The default JSM queues have significant limitations. We brought this solution up to the next level and created Queues for Jira Service Management app, also referred to as Queues for JSM, in which we added a couple of features that strongly improve usability.
Our app allows you to create one queue visible across several projects, helping organizations to save time on managing portals for different customers. What’s more, by restricting the visibility of queues to selected users, the app helps teams to navigate through listed queues, boosting their performance and improving the security of service operations.
The Queues for JSM app supports the following languages: English, German, Polish, French, and Portuguese.
