This page provides information about audit logs related to queue configuration changes.
Warning
Before you start, log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.
The Audit Logs feature provides a detailed record of all changes made to queue configurations.
It captures who made the change, when it occurred, and what was modified.
Steps
To check Audit logs:
Click three dots menu on the top Queues for Jira & JSM panel.
Select Audit logs.
Create queues in the Queues for Jira Service Management app
Review the list of recorded changes displayed in the table. The table includes the following columns:
Date – the timestamp of the change,
User – the user who performed the change,
Queue name – the name of the affected queue,
Updated field – the specific field that was modified,
Action type – the type of action performed (Create, Edit, Delete),
What changed – a description of the change, if applicable.

Hover over the text with three dots to display the full details of the update.

Advanced edition
The Audit Logs feature in the Advanced edition allows you to review the history of changes for a specific queue, without browsing through entries from all queues.
You can open and view Audit Logs directly from an individual queue, making it easier to track, review, and manage configuration changes.
Note
Group admins can access the Audit Logs for the queues within their groups.
Steps
Navigate to the desired queue.
Click the Three dots menu in the upper right corner of the Queue view.
Select Audit logs.
Review the list of recorded changes displayed in the table. Create queues in the Queues for Jira Service Management app
