Queues for Jira & JSM is compatible with SLA Time Management. Users can display the configured SLA fields as columns in the queue’s issue table, which helps prioritize and view tickets based on SLA status or other key features.
SLA Time Management provides many benefits when integrated with Queues for Jira & JSM. While creating or editing a queue, in the Issues to show field, you can search for SLA values and filter issues by them using JQL. This allows you, for example, to build queues that display tickets close to breaching their SLA. You can read more about using SLA in JQL here.
