Date settings

This section provides information on how to set the date format in queues columns.

The Queues for Jira & JSM app allows you to set the date format for date fields in queues columns.

Steps

1. Open the three dots menu on the top Queues for Jira & JSM panel.
2. Select Date settings.

   

   A dialog box appears.
3. Configure date format for target fields or Set it for all fields.
   Note

   Switch on Relative time to change date format to approximate time.
4. In Preview column, check if the date has desired form.

5. Click Save.
   

   

Result

Date format has been changed.
