Date settings
This section provides information on how to set the date format in queues columns.
Note
Before you start, log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.
The Queues for Jira Service Management app allows you to set the date format for date fields in queues columns.
Steps
- Open the three dots menu on the top Queues panel.
- Select Date settings. A dialog box appears.
- Configure date format for target fields or Set it for all fields.
NoteSwitch on Relative time to change date format to approximate time.
- In Preview column, check if the date has desired form.
InfoFor more details about date formatting, navigate to Format. - Click Save.
Result
Date format has been changed.
