This chapter provides information about filtering issues in the Queue view.
To filter issues, you can use the default filters or add new ones.
To add filters:
The Status and Assignee filters with the All value are set as default filters. For instructions on changing their values, go to Configuring filters. To reset or remove them, navigate to Resetting and removing filters.
The new filter is added.
To configure a filter:
The filter is configured.
The Queues for Jira & JSM app allows you to reset or remove filters based on your preferences.
To reset filters and bring them to their default state, click the Reset button, which becomes visible after configuring at least one filter.
After clicking the Reset button, all the filters return to their default state, with the Status and Assignee filters visible and set to the All value. The Reset button disappears after this action.
To remove undesired filters, click the Manage filters button, then uncheck individual checkboxes or use Clear selection to remove them all at once.
