Find Queues for Jira Service Desk app on the Atlassian Marketplace.
A queue is a list of issues that are displayed based on a set of criteria. Jira Service Desk by default offers a selection of pre-configured queues which help users organize issues. The default JSD queues have significant limitations. We brought this solution up to the next level and created Queues for Jira Service Desk app, in which we added a couple of features that strongly improve the usability.
Our app allows to create one queue visible across several projects, helping organizations to save time on managing portals for different customers. What’s more, by restricting the visibility of queues to selected users, the app helps teams to navigate through listed queues, boosting their performance and improving the security of service operations.
Queues for Jira Service Desk app supports the following languages: English, German, Polish, and Portuguese.
