Manage groups of queues
This chapter provides information about managing groups of queues.
Hiding groups
To focus only on the groups that are necessary to you, you can hide the Queues groups that you are not interested in.
Steps
-
Click on the three dots menu next to the name of your group on the Queues panel.
-
Click Hide group for me.
Results
The selected group is hidden and located under the general Hidden group of queues.
When you hide the group, it changes its visibility only for you - other users within your project change groups’ visibility individually within their panels.
