Import queues

This page provides information on importing queues from another Jira Service Management projects.


Before you start, log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.


To import queues, you must be a user with the global permissions named Jira Service agent access.


To import queues:

  1. Click on the three dots button on the top panel.
  2. Select Import queues.
    The Import Service Queues dialog is displayed.
  3. Select service projects from which you want to import queues.
  4. Select queue(s).
    If you want to import all available queues from project, click Select all.
  5. Click Import.


Selected queues are imported. They are visible on the list.

Queues can be edited. It does not affect the primary queue.
