Tip
If there is no GitHub installation listed, it means that you need to install the RTM app on the GitHub first. Installing the application via this path is important, as it connects the Jira instance to the GitHub installation.
Steps
Click Install the RTM app on GitHub.
Log in to GitHub.
Select the profile where you want to install the application. If you have only one profile, you’ll be redirected directly to the repository selection.
Select the repositories the application will have access to: All repositories or Only select repositories.
Click Install.
Warning
The ERROR status may indicate that the RTM application has been uninstalled from GitHub. Reconfigure your CI server if this is the case.
