Create report

This chapter provides basic information about reports and where to find them.

Reports created in the RTM app are crucial for monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating project progress.

With the reports, you can:

  • Track the progress of your projects such as statuses to keep track of how many tests have been completed, how many are in progress, how many failed. You can also keep track of feature coverage with tests as well as requirement coverage.
  • Identify difficulties by tracking tests, which gives you the ability to analyze bugs, which tests are most likely to fail, in which areas the most errors occur
  • Make decisions based on the risks associated with project delivery (Test Case Execution and Test Execution reports).
  • Report compliance with requirements through the Requirement Test Coverage and Traceability reports. You can assess whether the project meets all requirements or not
  • Optimize the testing process by analyzing the performance of the QA team.
  • Document the testing process and its results. Reports Can be used for customer or stakeholder updates, audits and more.

Available reports

You can create the following reports:

  • Traceability - shows coverage of two selected issue types (e.g. Requirements and Test Cases)
  • Coverage - shows which Requirements are covered by testing objects
