Create Test Case with AI

This chapter provides information on how to create Test Cases using AI.

Creating Test Cases can sometimes be time-consuming and long-winded. Using AI will make this task easier for you. Use this feature to save your time for more strategic tasks later in the testing process.

Steps

  1. Open the RTM app in your project.
  2. Go to Requirements tab.
  3. Select up to 10 Requirements.
  4. Click Create Test Case (AI).

Note

If the button is disabled, contact your Jira admin to enable this feature. For more information, see AI in creating Test Cases.

  1. The progress widget is displayed. Allows you to manage the Test Cases created with AI.
  2. If you close the progress widget you can open it again by clicking Progress Widget.

  1. Click View to review created Test Cases and adjust them.
  2. Review and adjust information in all 3 tabs: Details, Steps, and Requirements.
  3. Reject or approve Test Case.
  4. Repeat the review and approval for all listed Test Cases.
  5. Click Create Test Cases to save all approved Test Cases.

Tip

If you click cancel you can save the drafts of the created Test Cases with AI and return to them later. You can find them in the progress widget then.

Result

The created Test Cases are located in the Test Cases tab in the RTM.
