Cross-project (space)

This chapter provides information on the cross-project (space) feature.

App edition

This feature is available in the Advanced edition of the app.

The cross-project (space) feature allows you to manage the testing process across multiple projects (spaces). It enables the reuse of certain testing objects without duplication and helps generate consistent reports.

Note

Before you can use the cross-project (space) feature, you need to enable linking by selecting the projects (spaces) in the space settings. For more information, see General configuration.

You can add Test Cases from another spaces in the:

  • Test Plan module
  • Test Execution module
  • Requirement module
  • Defect module

To filter projects (spaces), click Project and select project (space) names you need.

To add Requirements from another spaces:

  1. Go to Test Cases module.
  2. Select Test Case.
  3. Go to Requirements tab.
  4. Click Add Requirement.

Tip

If you don’t see all Test Cases linked from other spaces, it may be due to limited permissions. Contact your administrator to request access to the source spaces.
