Learn how to import and export issues in the Requirements and Test Management app.
The RTM (Requirements and Test Management) app allows you to import/export the Requirements and the Test Cases. You will find these options in the Requirements and the Test Cases tabs, depending on which issues you want to manage.
Import issues (CSV)
Import issues from the CSV file into the app.
Steps
Go to the Requirements or Test Cases tab.
Click ….
Click Import issues (CSV).
Fill in the parameters for the imported file.
Include a file with the issues.
Example
If you aren’t sure how to create a CSV file for the import, download the sample file.
Click Next.
Map fields from the CSV file to the RTM fields.
You can also perform the mapping automatically.
Click Next.
The import is ready to be uploaded. Click Confirm.
Wait for the import to finish.
Once the import is complete, you can click Results of import to download a PDF file with the import summary. You can also click Import issues to import more issues into the app.
Result
Issues have been imported into the tree of the application.
