Creating Jira dashboards with SLA Time Management

This guide walks you through the process of using Jira native dashboards in combination with SLA Time Management. You’ll learn how to build visual reports using JQL filters to track SLA metrics.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Filters in Jira.

  2. Click Create filter.

  3. Type the name of an SLA and select a status you want to display on your dashboard.

  4. Click Save filter.

  5. Configure filter options and click Save.

  6. Navigate to Jira dashboards and click Create dashboard.

  7. Configure dashboard options and click Save.

  8. Add a new filter gadget.

  9. Select your filter from the list.

  10. Add your SLA as a column to display.

  11. Click Save.

Result

The dashboard will now display and filter SLA information as configured.
