SLA Reports

The SLA Reports feature provides a comprehensive, visual overview of SLA performance across space. It allows teams to analyze how well SLAs are being met, identify bottlenecks, and monitor workload distribution using configurable reports and interactive charts.

The reports are available in a dedicated tab both in global and space settings and can be generated on demand based on selected criteria.

Report Configuration

Report Configuration

To generate a report navigate to the reports tab and define its scope using the following filters:

  1. Project - Select the Jira project for which SLA data should be analyzed.

  2. SLA - Choose a specific SLA (for example, High Priority Response).

  3. Date range - Define the time period covered by the report.

  4. Click Generate Report.

Info

You can generate a report for a maximum of one month prior.

Once configured, the report is generated instantly and reflects only the work items that match the selected criteria.

Report overview

At the top of the report, an Overview section presents key SLA metrics for the selected scope:

  • Total work items - Number of work items covered by the selected SLA.
  • Breached SLA - Count of work items that breached the SLA.
  • SLA met rate - Percentage of work items that successfully met the SLA (calculated for closed work items).
  • Average resolution time - Average time taken to resolve work items within the selected period.

Key SLA Statuses

The Key SLA Statuses chart visualizes how work items are distributed across SLA statuses.

Tip

See Status explanation for details on what statuses mean.

This breakdown helps teams quickly identify how many work items are progressing as expected and where risks or delays are occurring.

SLA Performance

The SLA Performance sorts by work type & priority chart and shows how SLA outcomes vary across:

  • Work item types
  • Priority levels
  • SLA status

This view helps teams understand which combinations of work item type and priority are most likely to breach SLAs and where process improvements may be needed.

Team Workload

The Workload per assignee section presents the distribution of SLA-tracked work across team members.

You can:

  • Display the number of work items handled by each assignee
  • Highlight SLA outcomes (such as on-time work) per person
  • Compare workload balance within the team

These options are useful for capacity planning and identifying potential overload or uneven work distribution.
