Learn how to adjust the content displayed on your Page.

With Contents you can add more projects to your Page or change the set ones. All added projects will be displayed in the Navigation section along with their request types groups. By accessing Contents, it’s also possible to determine the visibility of the Favorites section on your Page.

Adding Projects

Note

Your Page can include several different projects. The following types of projects are supported:

  • Team-managed
  • Service
  • Classic

Steps

  1. Click on the Select projects field to expand a drop-down list.
  2. Select as many projects as you wish.

Tip

You can also start typing in Project names and the hints appear as you type.

Result

Changes are saved automatically and the selected Projects are added.

Info

You can use the Cross icon to remove the selected Projects so that they won’t be available on your Page.

Displaying Favorites

In the Contents configuration you can also manage the visibility of the Favorites category.

By default the Favorites category with favorite request types is visible to the users of your Page.

You can use the Show Favorites toggle to determine whether the Favorites category, which includes the request types that are marked as favorites by the users of your Page, should be displayed on the themed Customer Portal.

When the toggle is turned on, the Favorites category is visible in the Navigation section of your Page. As a result, all favorite request types are accessible.

When the toggle is turned off, the Favorites category is hidden and it can’t be accessed by using the Navigation section.
