Themes are defined layouts which can be used with created Pages. They provide the users of your Pages with intuitive navigation and design that can be customized and enhance their service management experience. By configuring your Page, you can choose between two individual layouts:
Themes can be selected during the process of creating new Pages.
You can also switch between the List and Cards theme when determining the configuration of your Page in the Visual section of the Page editor view.
